Sit straight in a chair, place both hands on the lower abdomen below the navel, an area called the Dan Tien. Imagine breathing into this area – close your eyes. Breathing through your nose, exhale all the air out. Then B R E A T H E into your lower abdomen, feeling it expand against your hands. Imagine a golden ball of energy glowing in the Dan Tien. When you are feeling stressed, stop, and do 3 Dan Tien deep breaths to relax and revive.
